Herbs and Spices:

Generally, I have a huge interest in well-made food, at one point I was heading to enroll in Food Science just to broaden my knowledge on the appropriate way to prepare, store and heat food. if you begin to pay more attention you will realize that many things are wrong with the way we go about food generally. This also is connected with the kind of ingredients in our cooking. Many of us are not paying attention to labels though chances are high that some contents might be hidden from consumers. pay attention to sodium content always, Many shop-bought spices range from 14428 -16924 and over per 100g.

With the presence of covid and other serious health issues like cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc Many of us are now very conscious of our health and lifestyle and making some diet decisions like plant-based diet, vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc but much alertness is not on the amount of sodium that we end up consuming from most of the commercially packed spices and other food. The same goes for sugar consumption too. It’s been 2 years since I haven’t used a commercial packed spice and this birth “Forecooking” everything about herbs and spices!  I have customized, pure herbs and spices for your everyday cooking. I am available to serve you here in Namibia.😋🤩
