Happy New Year!
We all woke up on this beautiful day of the 1st of January 2022 with excitement and gratitude for the gift of life and sound health. Surviving 2021 in all spheres is Indeed a blessing be it financial, health, separations, Marital challenges, carrier, children, social, mental, etc is no longer taken for granted seeing that there’s no challenge these days greater than the other, each comes with its own customized weight.
Our frequency rose with my daughter asking my husband and me some fascinating questions about us which led me to tell her that this is our “family secret” after satisfying her curiosity, of course, I know very well where the story is going to land, to her friends at school LOL. I have been grooming her on separating matters of the family and matters for gisting with her friends. This particular remark on “secret” took us into another dimension of discussion.
Aliyah: Mummy Diary helps one to keep a secret, you write all your secrets in a Diary. (was shocked that my 7-year-old knows what a Diary is used for)
Mummy: Then when someone else gets hold of your Diary it’s no longer a secret! you see I continued, a secret is best kept in your heart all by yourself except for mummy and daddy you must share them with 😎 , When you tell Ms. A your secret, chances are high that she will tell Ms.B who may be her own best friend and then it’s no longer a secret. do you understand? so keep your secret to yourself and of course, you should tell Mummy Only. I am certain that this New Year is going to be filled with some intense convos such as this, parenting 🤩
I use every opportunity and conversation to teach them Moral Values and the codes which we need to survive here on earth. So what do we do today? we had packed out the girl’s clothes that are no longer their sizes a few days ago and today is a perfect day to go into the local settlement to give them away. The excitement increased more at the plan, I am truly blessed that my husband and I are raising GIVERS, the girls are always happy and many times see the need to give and suggest it to us.
Today’s outreach was exceptional usually, we would have a place in mind but today we decided to drive trusting that our footsteps will be guided and it did turn out Fantastic! we found a small community and they were highly blessed by our presence, and we were fulfilled in return.

“Thank you, God bless you, happy New Year, Happy Christmas 😂 Yes happy Christmas!” (this one is very prophetic, we received it in our spirits as very prophetic Dec 2022 on sight🙌) blessings received! we parted ways with chop knuckles to everyone and the atmosphere was filled with gladness ❤❣
