Humanity is the quality that distinguishes man from other creatures:

The quality that distinguishes man from other creatures is humanity. This means, of course, that the most valuable of all human qualities is “kindness” because it makes us more humane than any other creature. For instance, look at how we feed animals in a zoo: We give them live chickens to tear apart and eat. Without kindness, we would be the same as animals eating one another in a zoo.

Humanity and its flaws:

It’s no secret that our planet is in trouble. It’s been in trouble for years, but it seems that things are just getting worse and worse each year. We’re seeing more natural disasters, rising rates of poverty, global warming, and pollution, not to mention the fact that we’re going to run out of some pretty basic resources soon! When will humanity realize how badly we are failing? Maybe someday it will be too late for us to fix these problems on our own, so let’s hope we figure this out before then!

This topic on humanity reminded me of an incident I experienced in a religious circle. Many years ago I ran a cosmetics/ accessories shop, My sales lady invited me to their church for a mid-week prayer. I declined the first time because I am not sure if this church falls under a pentecostal? prophesy? fire prayer? die by fire ? she tried so hard to explain to me how good her church is and how I will enjoy their program. On second thought, I became curious to know where whom I am working with worships because it’s becoming too religious in my marketplace , hey don’t get it twisted, but assuming and attaching everything to “they are after you” became so uncomfortable.

On this beautiful Wednesday after the close of work I announced that I am going with her to her church, yes you can imagine her excitement. I asked the final question “what time do you close from church”? she responded just an hour, at most it’s 2 hours max.

The main church room is like 20 feet with a complete set of instrumentals that made it highly impossible to hear the closest person and everyone was just screaming on top of their lungs. I quickly developed a sharp headache and feared for my eardrum.

Thank goodness the pastor is here maybe we can have some stillness hmm the main drama and more noise was about to kick off, so who send me a message? from the beginning of the service to the end was just prophesy on each member on how either is their uncle, aunt, relative, friends, the neighbor is the cause of their misfortunes. But here is the interesting part of all these, after such a “spirit-filled ” service, Members who are mobile zoomed off empty without lifting anyone, it was a pathetic sight to behold watching many who are mostly mothers with children at that unholy hours struggling to find their way home.” what of if ” filled my thought and I asked where’s humanity after such “anointing filled service”. This is one out of many experiences out there. Meanwhile, a service of 2 hours turned 5hours

The decline of humanity:

Humanity is declining because people are gaining more power and using it to take advantage of others. people are stepping on the vulnerable on their way to the top, power and Money are the code. The dignity of human beings is fast going extinct.

How do you help build humanity?

The easiest way to help humanity is by living a life that does not harm other people. If you want to take it a step further, actively help others out. Volunteer with your time or donate money when possible. The more positive actions you make and the more kindness you show toward others, the better off we will all be as humans!
