Luteal Phase

 

Day 15 to Day 28 of the menstrual cycle is called the luteal phase. This is when the corpus luteum begins to increase progesterone, which helps to thicken the uterus lining and prepare it for implantation. SESAME has a high content of zinc and omega 6 while SUNFLOWER has a high content of vitamin E and omega 6. Consume 1 tablespoon of each seed daily.

Usage Of The Seeds

 

You can add the seeds to your smoothie, pudding, salad, or simply snack on them.

It’s advisable to grind these seeds separately and use them accordingly. Grinding it before use makes it easily absorbed into the bloodstream.

Put in mind that in order to maximize the benefits of this Seed Cycling, you need to eliminate sugar, eat as healthy as possible, detox your body system daily, do moderate exercise even if it’s 30 minutes daily walk, always drink enough water daily and make sure you’re getting enough rest.
